Overview

ClientTrack by CaseWorthy is the product of two consolidations: CaseWorthy, Inc. acquired Eccovia (ClientTrack's original vendor) in February 2025, and in December 2025 unified the legacy CaseWorthy application and ClientTrack into a single next-generation application on the CaseWorthy Whole-Person Care Platform ("CORE" architecture). Buyers evaluating either historical product name now arrive at this unified platform.

The platform is configuration-first: the apBuilder no-code toolset covers forms (fields, validation, triggers), queries, dashboards, drag-and-drop workflow automation, and role management, with a deeper Designer toolset for data-model customization in enterprise deployments. It serves organizations from single providers to statewide coalitions managing hundreds of agencies.

ClientTrack is HUD-compliant HMIS software (coordinated entry, eligibility engine, HUD APR/LSA/CAPER reporting) alongside broader human services use — aging, behavioral health, disability services, veterans, and survivor services. The wider CaseWorthy portfolio includes MediSked (disability services agency management) and ServTracker (aging services delivery), which are distinct service-delivery and billing applications.

Editorial analysis

Best suited for

Case Management Guide analysis

Organizations and multi-agency networks that need deeply configurable workflows across many programs — including HUD-funded homeless response systems — and can support a professional-services implementation.

Considerations

Case Management Guide analysis

Unpublished pricing and a professional-services implementation model mean total cost requires a procurement conversation. The December 2025 product unification is recent; buyers should confirm how legacy CaseWorthy or Eccovia ClientTrack deployments map onto the unified application.
