CaseWorthy merges its two flagship case management products into "ClientTrack by CaseWorthy" (external link to CaseWorthy, Inc.)

CaseWorthy, Inc. announced it has unified its two flagship human services applications — the legacy CaseWorthy platform and ClientTrack, acquired with Eccovia in February 2025 — into a single application, ClientTrack by CaseWorthy, on its Whole-Person Care Platform. The move follows a series of acquisitions by the Symphony Technology Group-backed company: MediSked (disability services software, January 2023), Accessible Solutions/ServTracker (aging services, 2023), and Eccovia (February 2025).

Why it matters

Two significant human services case management products — each with substantial HMIS and multi-agency installed bases — are now one. Organizations running either legacy product, or carrying either name on an old shortlist, should confirm how their deployment maps onto the unified application and what the consolidation means for roadmaps and contracts. It is also part of a broader consolidation pattern in human services software worth watching when evaluating any vendor's long-term product commitments.
